Al-Kafaàt addresses the needs of infants, children, and adults that suffer from:

- Cerebral palsy
- Mental challenges and Down syndrome
- Autism
- Multiple disabilities
- Hearing and speech impairment
- Learning disabilities
- Chronic diseases

Additionally, Al-Kafaàt welcomes a club for the elderly where daily social activities are organized, and medical services are delivered.

Under the supervision of a team of specialized neurologists, orthopedic surgeons, and psychiatrists, a team of professional therapists delivers at
Al-Kafaàt the following therapies to residents and out-patients:

- Hydrotherapy (water therapy)

Al-Kafaàt also produces support equipment such as prosthetics and orthotics and orthopedic seating, and supplies wheelchairs and walking aids.
