B-START (Business Support and Training Activities for a Resourceful Transition) is a program established and supported by the Al-Kafaàt Foundation, dedicated to assist the low-income entrepreneurs and owners of small enterprises, to grow, prosper, and employ people.This can take the form of direct assistance to enterprises in difficulty or business support to starting ones.

The department aims equally at providing the Lebanese workforce with adequate training and seeks to support the jobless to enter gainful employment. It therefore also provides direct support to the graduates of Al-Kafaàt by facilitating their integration in the labor market.
