The Catering School provides hands-on vocational training and technical education under the direction of the famous Lebanese Chef, Chef Ramzi, himself a member of the Foundation's Board of Trustees.

Trainees and students apply their skills in real-life productions and performances as the school is open to the public and sales from its different restaurants allow the foundation to recover some of the costs of training.

The following accredited programs of training and education are proposed by the school and are offered on the premises of the school as well as at the EUROPA Campus of Technology:

At the end of their technical studies, students may pursue their University Education at the EUROPA Campus of Technology of Al-Kafaàt.
